Facilities Hire

Warragul Regional College is set on fifty acres of landscaped gardens in the middle of Warragul’s sporting precinct,

The “School on the Hill” has been providing secondary education to the Warragul community since 1911, making it one of Australia’s oldest secondary schools.

Through the amalgamation of Warragul High School and Warragul Technical School a new entity was born in 1994, Warragul Regional College, catering for both academic and vocational pathways.

Since 1994 the College has undergone three major facility upgrades, ensuring that students have access to a modern learning environment. These facilities are available for hire by clubs and individuals for functions or regularly bookings.

This includes a flexible learning centre which is fully equipped with multi-media facilities, a drama/board room, a conference room, a hall with tables, a football and cricket oval with bathroom facilities and an all grounds/hall combination.

Warragul Regional College Hire Requirements

It is a condition of hire that all facilities be left clean, locked and alarmed.

  • Bins will be left to the ratio of 1:25 people, along with a broom, dustpan and brush. Please discuss with staff at the time of booking if this will not meet your requirements. A charge applies for damage or cleaning (see schedule).
  • You will be provided with a key and alarm fob and where facility is not left locked and alarmed after use, a $500 call out fee will be charged for a staff member to secure the premises. The replacement fee for damaged or unreturned key and fob is $100. These must be returned on the next business day after your function.

All hire agreements must be accompanied by a certificate of Public Liability Insurance in the name of the Licensee and payment in advance of receipt of key.
