2026 Year 7 Enrolments

At Warragul Regional College, we follow the Department of Education’s Enrolment Policy for the enrolment, placement, and transfer of all students. Our goal is to provide every student with the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Year 7 Enrolments – Open to All

Unlike some schools, Year 7 students do not need to be within our school zone to enrol. We welcome students from all areas and encourage families to consider Warragul Regional College as a great option for their child’s secondary education.

Transition Opportunities for Year 6 Students

We understand that transitioning from primary to secondary school is a big step. That’s why we invite all Year 6 students to participate in our transition days, even if they do not intend to enrol at WRC. These days provide a fantastic opportunity to experience our school, meet our teachers and students, and gain confidence about the move to secondary education.

General enrolments (8-12)

Disability inclusion

At Warragul Regional College, we are committed to providing a supportive, inclusive, and accessible learning environment for all students. Our dedicated Disability Inclusion team ensures that students with diverse needs receive the assistance and opportunities they need to succeed academically, socially, and personally. We recognise that every student is unique, and we work closely with families to develop individualised learning plans that cater to specific needs.

Our dedicated staff provide:
Learning Support – Adjustments to classroom activities and assessments to ensure accessibility.
Education Support Staff (ES Staff) – Trained aides who assist students in their learning and daily school life.
Wellbeing & Pastoral Care – Additional support through our wellbeing team, chaplain, and therapy dog.
Assistive Technology & Resources – Tools and strategies to enhance learning and participation.

We value strong partnerships between families, teachers, and external specialists to create the best possible learning experience. We regularly review and adapt support plans to ensure students continue to thrive.
