Devices Purchased Through the School
Devices ordered through the school’s official ordering portals are:

• Delivered directly to the WRC I.T. Department
• Fully set up and configured
• Ready for collection and immediate use
Devices Purchased from Retail Stores
Devices purchased from retail stores must:
• Be brought to the WRC I.T. Department
• Be booked in for setup (please call the I.T. Department to arrange)
• Be fully prepared by our team before being handed to the student

🛠 I.T. Support & Repairs

✔ All I.T. service support is free of charge
✔ No labour costs for troubleshooting or repairs
✔ Only replacement parts and or ADi (if required) incur a cost

🔄 Daily Loan Devices Available

If a student’s laptop requires repair:
✔ Free daily loan devices are available
✔ Students remain engaged in learning without disruption
