Technology subjects at WRC are available to students from Year 7 through to Year 12.

Technology is divided into three different areas.

1.Digital Technology
Year 7 – Digital Technology
Year 9/10 – Prototyping and 3D Printing
– CAD and CAM (Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacture) includes material Technology
– Mechatronics – includes Material Technology
VCE – Applied Computing and Data Analysis

2. Food Technology
Year 7- Foods
Year 8- Food for Health and Life
Year 9 – How sweet it is
-Bakery
Year 10 – Advanced Foods
VCE – Food Studies

3. Material Technology
Year 7/8
– Metal
– Wood
– Textiles
Year 8 – Resistant Materials
Year 9 – Fashion, Hair and Beauty
– Working with Wood Intermediate
– Working with Metal Intermediate

Year 9/10 – Textiles Independent Choice.
– Bike Power
